Responsibilities:
– Lead a small team of data engineers in creating and maintaining optimal data pipeline architecture.
– Build infrastructure for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading using NoSQL and big data technologies.
– Analyze raw data and prepare it for predictive modeling.
– Enhance data quality and reliability while creating tools for analytics and collaboration.
– Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding data integrations.
– Work closely with an agile team to develop robust user experiences.

Requirements:
– Degree in Computer Science; a master’s is a plus.
– Proficient in SQL and Python.
– 5+ years of backend software development experience (Java, Scala, Go, C# or similar).
– 1 role Leading a small team experience.
– Hands-on experience with NoSQL design and big data pipelines (3+ years).
– Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

Advantages:
