Who You Are:
Experienced Professional: Proven track record as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably within a hardware-software environment.
Fluent Communicator: High level of English proficiency with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in data analysis and performance monitoring.
Relationship Builder: Adept at building and sustaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
