We are on a search for FPGA Team lead!
For a innovative solutions companies with great knowledge of communication systems we are seeking for a talented and experienced FPGA Team Lead to join the team and drive a cutting-edge projects forward.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team focused on providing solutions for the application implementation of various communication systems on FPGA.
Define and support work processes, with full involvement in strategic decision-making processes.
Exhibit a systemic vision and understanding, with the ability to design complex FPGA-based systems.
Develop, maintain, and nurture the team of approximately 10 engineers.
Ensure the development and retention of expertise within the team, including the guidance and mentoring of engineers and team leaders.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering; advanced degrees are an advantage.
Over 5 years of experience in the development and design of programmable components.
Approximately 3 years of managerial experience leading development engineers.
Knowledge and experience in communication systems or radar is an advantage.
Experience in defining and monitoring goals.
