A leading technology company in the Haifa area is looking for a **Validation & Automation Engineer** to join its V&V team.
The role combines hardware validation and Python-based automation, with a focus on developing automated tests for multidisciplinary products. The position includes close collaboration with Hardware, Software, Embedded, and international teams.
**Requirements**
B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a related field
Hands-on experience in **hardware validation & verification
Strong Python skills** – essential
* Experience with test automation – an advantage
* Good English and strong interpersonal skills for working with international interfaces
* Independent, proactive, and highly motivated to learn and grow
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
