Hands-on experience making video with AI tools, and enhancing AI assets with tools like Magnific.
Strong After Effects (real command of it, not just familiarity).
Premiere Pro.
Creative thinking and the ability to build concepts from scratch.
Curiosity, initiative, and a real appetite to learn.
