Join a multidisciplinary engineering team developing advanced mission-critical systems. In this role, you will lead system engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements definition and architecture design to integration, testing, and qualification.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of complex Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC) systems
Define system requirements and develop system architectures
Manage technical interfaces, integration, verification, and validation activities
Prepare system specifications, test plans, and technical documentation
Lead technical reviews and support key engineering decision-making processes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment
Requirements
B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in system engineering of complex multidisciplinary systems
Strong understanding of GNC principles, system integration, and requirements management
Experience in technical documentation and system verification processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English
Advantage
M.Sc. degree
Experience with sensing systems, radar technologies, GNSS, control systems, or embedded software development.
