We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to drive the development of complex multidisciplinary systems in the Energy and HVAC domain. In this role, you will define system architecture, translate product requirements into technical solutions, and lead cross-functional engineering efforts from concept through production.

Responsibilities

Lead the system design and architecture of multidisciplinary products.
Define, analyze, and manage system requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive technical decisions and perform system-level trade-off analyses.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and technical investigations.
Support verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with system requirements.
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive root cause analysis.
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
Interface with customers, suppliers, and global engineering teams as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
8+ years of experience developing complex multidisciplinary systems.
Proven experience in Systems Engineering or a senior technical engineering role with strong system-level ownership.
Strong background in either:
Mechanical Engineering (thermal systems, HVAC, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, mechanical design), or
Electrical/Electronics Engineering (power electronics, embedded systems, control systems, system integration).
Experience leading cross-functional development projects from concept to production.
