We're hiring a VP Operations to lead and scale the global operations of an innovative technology company with international customers and a rapidly growing business. This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end ownership of Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Global Distribution.

Responsibilities:
Lead global Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Inventory operations.
Manage international logistics, 3PL providers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
Drive demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
Build scalable operational processes to support business growth.
Lead cost reduction and operational excellence initiatives.
Oversee production planning, quality, and on-time delivery.
Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.

Requirements:
8+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Procurement.
Proven experience managing complex global supply chain and logistics operations.
Strong experience with international suppliers, 3PL providers, and global distribution.
Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
Experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply planning.
Strong commercial negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
Fluent English.

Nice to have:
Experience in hardware manufacturing.
Experience working with global B2B customers.
Familiarity with ERP and Supply Chain Management systems.
Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers in the Far East.
