Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the outbound product management functions. Identify untapped market opportunities, build compelling business cases, and define the long-term product vision and commercial strategy.
Evidence-Driven Roadmap: Own the C-UAS product roadmap based on rigorous market research, competitive landscape analysis, and direct customer feedback. Ensure every feature has a clear ROI and addresses genuine customer pain points.
End-to-End Ownership: From ideation and prototyping to global launch, you will manage products through their entire lifecycle, ensuring frequent iterations and high-impact releases.
Business Performance & KPIs: Develop and manage team KPIs that align with the company's growth objectives. Measure and track the adoption and commercial impact of all features and products.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the commercial "hub," working closely with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure a unified go-to-market execution.
Requirements:
Educational Background: B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electronics, or Aeronautical Engineering. M.Sc. in Systems Engineering – A significant advantage.
Domain Expertise: 10+ years of experience in the C-UAS or UAV sectors, specifically in multidisciplinary product leadership roles.
Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in building pricing strategies, conducting competitive matrix analysis, and performing deep market assessments.
Leadership Track Record: A seasoned leader with a history of growing high-performing teams that deliver measurable business impact.
Operational Agility: Experience working in distributed environments and a track record in high-growth, fast-paced companies.
Technical Edge: Technical experience in software development is a plus.
