Responsibilities:
Own and manage the companys core SaaS stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Jira, and additional GTM, Finance, and Operations tools
Ensure system reliability, data integrity, access governance, and documentation across all platforms
Own end-to-end integrations using iPaaS tools (primarily Workato), including monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting
Design and improve workflows while reducing unnecessary complexity and automation overhead
Manage and coordinate external vendors and freelancers, including scope definition, delivery oversight, and QA
Define and maintain the internal support model, escalation paths, and operational runbooks
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system solutions
Enable AI initiatives by ensuring clean, structured, and accessible data flows across systems
Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies with proper governance and integration strategy
Requirements:
812 years of experience in Business Applications, RevOps, or IT systems leadership roles in SaaS companies
Proven management experience
Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and at least two of: HubSpot, NetSuite, Jira
Strong experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato or similar integration tools
Proven experience managing external vendors and delivering technical projects end-to-end
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture including objects, schema design, permissions, flows, and data model
Experience working with APIs, REST, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth, including debugging integrations
Experience with identity and access management tools such as Okta
Strong analytical skills with SQL and BI tools
Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation scripting
Strong system-thinking mindset, ability to simplify complex environments, and business-oriented approach
