We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager with a strong background in electro-optical systems to lead multidisciplinary development activities from concept to production.
In this role, you will drive the design, integration, and delivery of advanced electro-optical solutions, combining hands-on technical leadership with strategic thinking.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional R&D teams (optics, electronics, software, mechanics)
Oversee end-to-end product development, from requirements through design, validation, and delivery
Drive system architecture and integration of electro-optical subsystems
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high technical standards
Requirements:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Electro-Optics, or a related field
Proven experience managing R&D teams
Strong background in electro-optical systems development
Experience with system integration and multidisciplinary projects
Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
Advantages:

Background in embedded or real-time systems
