We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Manufacturing & Operations to lead production and integration activities within a technology-driven organization.
This role involves leading a complex operational-engineering unit responsible for end-to-end production, integration, upgrades, and refurbishment of advanced technological systems.
The position combines multi-interface project management, responsibility for production and integration lines, and close collaboration with engineering teams and customers (locally and globally).
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall production, integration, and refurbishment processes in alignment with targets, budgets, and schedules
Manage project managers and production line teams, including multi-layer planning and control
Oversee integration activities across company sites and drive continuous process improvement
Work closely with business units: gather requirements, present performance, and build execution plans
Lead operational cost estimations and translate business needs into actionable plans
Influence system design during development phases and define manufacturing & integration processes
Provide real-time engineering and operational solutions while managing technical knowledge centers
Oversee repair and maintenance services for customers, ensuring SLA compliance
Lead customer training activities and maintain ongoing engagement with their operations
Collaborate closely with cross-functional support teams and integrate them into daily operations
Manage a unit of approximately 100 employees, including direct management of several managers
