About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with experience in hardware recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer
Partner with hiring managers locally and globally
Source and attract candidates for hardware roles, including:
Electrical, Electronics, Embedded, FPGA, RF, ASIC, VLSI
Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates
Coordinate and manage interview processes across multiple stakeholders
Maintain high standards of candidate experience throughout the process
Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting KPIs
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical recruitment
Experience recruiting for hardware / engineering roles – required
Understanding of hardware domains such as Embedded, FPGA, ASIC, RF – strong advantage
Hands-on sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and social network)
Experience working with technical hiring managers
High level of English, both written and spoken
Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
