Requirements:
Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition leadership role, preferably within the technology sector.
Strong knowledge and understanding of software and hardware roles, including experience recruiting for engineering, R&D, embedded systems, and board design positions.
Excellent sourcing skills using multiple platforms and strategies.
Ability to manage and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and ability to report on performance and progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
