We are looking for a DevOps Team Leader to manage and lead a DevOps team, combining hands-on work with team leadership. This role involves the responsibility for implementing and developing DevOps processes based on requirements defined by multiple projects. You will build and maintain agile and efficient processes throughout the development lifecycle, utilizing advanced technologies and tools, and focusing on continuous process optimization. You will also support development and integration teams in the release processes to development and client environments.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a DevOps team with a hands-on approach.
Implement, lead, develop, and execute DevOps processes based on project requirements.
Build and maintain flexible and fast processes throughout the development lifecycle.
Utilize advanced technologies and tools for continuous process improvement.
Support development and integration teams in release processes to development and client environments.
Requirements:
At least three years of experience leading a DevOps team.
Experience in developing CI/CD processes with tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
Experience with configuration management using Git.
Scripting experience with Bash and Python.
Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
Experience with Docker containers.
Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure (familiarity with OpenShift is an advantage).
Experience with HELM.
Experience with IaC configuration management tools like Ansible or Terraform (advantageous).
Familiarity with the DevSecOps domain (advantageous).
Experience working with public (AWS) and private cloud environments (advantageous).
